An excellent service from Chrysalis Finance in all respects, which supported my self-pay private surgical procedure. Communications were always clear and friendly, questions answered quickly and a very straighforward process from start to finish.

Excellent service from paying some invoices online to setting up an interest free payment plan for the final procedure. Payment for the procedure went through in a timely manner and I was kept informed throughout. All telephone staff were very professional, informative and reassuring.

Used Chrysalis Finance to fund my eye operation in a private hospital in order to spread payments over 10 months with interest free credit. Excellent customer service and very professional. I completed the application after receiving the downloaded forms. They were well laid out and easy to complete. This process took little more than 10 minutes from phone call to receipt and submission. I was quickly asked to provide more documentation to support my claim. This was concisely explained. Following submission I very quickly received acceptance confirmation which was required to comple the process. I could not sign in so contacted Chrysalis … More by phone and was quickly answered by Liam. He provided the necessary login and very efficiently talked me through the steps to completion. This whole process from start to finish took less than 80 minutes.

Was offered finance for some recent teeth work from my dentist. Dentist sent me the link via text and email. Applied and was accepted within 24hrs. Payment was made directly to the dentist, and repayments will start shortly. 0% interest.

I had an extremely good experience with Liam. He was friendly, helpful and really prompt acting with urgency. He managed 2 calls between myself and my mum supporting us through setting up finance and went above and beyond to make sure the issue I was having was resolved. Couldn’t have asked for more.

From seeing consultant to surgery was 10 days as managed to get a cancellation. Amazing and with 12 months interest free credit very affordable. I can quickly return to normal life rather than having to wait for a space on the NHS. Luckily am able to go this route but would rather have not needed to. Highly recommended for anyone able to take this route. Easy to complete application on line with confirmation in a minute or so.
