In a year that has seen clinics working tirelessly to restore order after the disruption caused by the Covid pandemic, our winners stand out as true role models, all going above and beyond for their patients.

The Chrysalis Finance Patient Care Awards recognise and reward team members from across our 3,000 partner clinics and, once again, the quality of the entries has blown us away. We have been inundated with stories of people who are making a positive and lasting difference to the wellbeing of their patients.

The list of winners demonstrates the value that every team member can bring to a clinic, with nominations mentioning everything from exceptional clinical care to voluntary outreach work to marketing and promotion. Among the worthy winners are:
Danah of Cathedral Dental
A practice can’t practise without patients and Danah is the person who keeps them coming at Cathedral Dental. She wrote the marketing plan, rebranded the whole practice, from logo to uniforms, overhauled the website, and manages the social media feeds. All while also being the Treatment Coordinator, carrying out cosmetic consultations and ensuring all the Invisalign patients have the best possible journey with the clinic.

Amy, a Dental Hygiene Therapist, is loved by all who come into contact with her. The warmth of her manner and and care she brings to to her patients is outstanding. Amy gives of her own free time to visit schools where she engages with the children, getting across the important messages of early dental hygiene with kindness and humour.
These stories, and many more just like them, have warmed our hearts. They demonstrate that patient care is central to a successful clinic and they show how that care can come in many different forms. Here is the full list of this year’s winners:
