I had an operation on my hand for osteoarthritis at Ramsay Health Care Fitzwilliam. The hospital was able to get me a consultation within a week – it made me so relieved! I wanted to get my treatment as soon as possible because I was in pain, and you don’t realise how much you need your hands until you’re in a lot of pain and need surgery on one!

Ramsay Health Care were really good and recommended that I got in touch with Chrysalis about funding my treatment. When I heard I could spread the cost of my treatment, it was a relief to know I wouldn’t have to go into my savings and could split the cost.

I had my treatment. Chrysalis Finance were also new to me when I went to Ramsay Health Care about my treatment, but I’m so glad I found out about them, as it helped me feel at ease whilst having my surgery.

The wait for the NHS was just over a year for me, and I’d gotten to a point where I had been seeing someone for two years for the pain. I was taking injections to help subside the pain so I could cope with everyday life, but I couldn’t have any more injections, and I knew it was time for me to get my treatment done. That’s why I went private – I knew I would be able to get my treatment done in a timely manner, and with the waiting time to see a doctor only being a week, it made me feel at ease knowing I would be able to get into the private healthcare system quickly.

My experience with Ramsay Health Care was absolutely brilliant – I would definitely recommend them! They looked after me and made sure I was comfortable.

I felt very relieved knowing I could spread the cost of my treatment with Chrysalis. I found the team very pleasant to deal with, and they answered any questions I had, with really helped me to feel relieved, and know that it was in safe hands – everything was just so easy! All the staff I spoke to were helpful, and the application process was very easy.

At the moment, I’m still in the waiting period for the pain to subside, but I can’t recommend Chrysalis and their payment options enough! The process was very stress-free, and enabled me to get my treatment, and not have to use all my savings.
