It’s important that we are notified about cancellations and refunds for finance patients.
If a treatment has been postponed, it is possible that the patient has not informed us and so we could still pay out the loan on the original date given.
As you can understand this would result in a refund becoming due and a possible complaint from our mutual customers as their loan would be set to live and the direct debit would be collected.
