As your patient finance provider, we are committed to helping you support your patients and grow your business. The commitment we make to you is matched by another commitment: the one we make to patients in our Patient Promise. Our patient-centric ethos is what sets us apart and it has real benefits for you as a clinic too, and here’s why.
Our Patient Promise
We specialise in healthcare and dental finance. And, because good health makes such a positive difference to people’s lives, we are keenly aware of our responsibility towards patients. Our Patient Promise demonstrates how seriously we take that responsibility and it sets out to patients what they can expect from us. Here’s our Patient Promise and what it means for your patients:
We put our patients first
“Patients’s best interests are foremost in what we do. If you have any problem with your treatment, we will act on your behalf and resolve the problem with your chosen provider.”
Patients can be confident that we have their back. We emphasise the fact that, while they remain our finance customer, we will help them to resolve any problems that they have with their clinic relating to the treatment which they are paying for.
We invest time into building relationships not only with our clinics, but also our patients, and we understand the medical and dentistry industry, meaning that problems are usually resolved quickly and amicably.
Put your trust in us
“To ensure your medical and dental treatment patients receive quality care and feel safe every step of the way, we only work with insured and appropriately qualified clinicians.”
It seems an obvious safeguard to work only with insured and qualified cliniciants, but it’s not a safeguard that every provider puts into place when offering treatment finance. For us, it underlines our commitment to patients and our belief that they deserve the best care.
We approve our providers
“We regularly review all clinical providers to ensure that they are registered with the UK governing professional bodies and are up to date with specialist qualifications and training. We also check clinicians have appropriate insurance for your protection.”
Our partner clinics are not only fully vetted before we start working with them, but also must provide evidence of up to date certificates and registrations. We then follow up every year to ensure that every one of the healthcare professionals and dentists we recommend to our patients has retained their registrations and insurance. This means when patients choose a Chrysalis partner clinic, they know they are in safe hands.
Expertise in healthcare
“Chrysalis have an Independent Clinical Advisory Panel that is made up of leading specialist clinicians. This Panel advises us on new developments and best practices within the UK healthcare to keep us up to date with the latest treatment and therapies.”
Most providers of retail finance and finance for patients have little interest in the transactions and treatments for which they are providing finance. They are simply lenders and their customers are borrowers. At Chrysalis, it’s never been like that. Our specialism is healthcare and dental treatment and we provide patient finance because patient outcomes matter to us. That’s why we work so closely with clinicians, including taking consultation and guidance from our independent Clinical Advisory Panel. It means we have our fingers on the pulse of new developments, clinical ethics and best practice and we champion patient care as a core part of our mission.
Why our Patient Promise matters for you
If we put patients at the heart of our business, you might wonder where that leaves you, as a clinician. The answer is that all four pillas of our patient promise are delivered in partnership with you.
Ultimately, our position in the patient finance sector is maintained by keeping patient care at the heart of our thinking in everything we do. We believe patients deserve the best treatments possible and we know from our due diligence that you will give them exactly that.
Are you ready to get the treatment you need with Chrysalis Finance?
