We are so pleased to announce that Chrysalis Finance is a finalist in the private healthcare industry’s prestigious LaingBuisson Awards 2023.
The awards are designed to highlight the absolute best in healthcare and so we are delighted to see our name alongside some of the nation’s best hospitals and clinics – most of them are our clients too, which makes it even more special.
The short-listing is the latest in a flurry of awards for Chrysalis Finance. Earlier this year we won the Healthcare Payment Solution Company of the Year at the LiveWire Global Awards 2022/23, and were also named Best UK Healthcare Payment Solution Company and
Leading UK Provider of Patient Loans in the Global Health and Pharma Awards.
We will find out in November whether we have won the Health Cover of the Year category in this year’s LaingBuisson Awards – but we won’t be resting on our laurels until then.
As the UK’s leading provider of patient payment options, our aim is to make healthcare more accessible for more people. We do this though extending payment options that people can afford, helping them manage their budgets while also getting them the treatment they need.
We support healthcare operators to promote and proactively offer patient payment options, because we feel it’s important for people to be more aware about the alternatives to cash or credit card payments – and, in turn, retain more in control over their own health.
The judges are remaining tight-lipped about their decision and the decision process, but we know they’ve taken heed of some of the options and benefits that we provide for our medical and dental clients:

- We are overseen by the FInancial Conduct Authority, which means our services comply fully with UK’s main regulatory body in this area – plus all patients are covered by our Chrysalis Patient Promise, which gives peace of mind knowing they will be looked after.

While we await the awards ceremony in November with baited breath, we already know we have won the trust of our customers. In a recent survey of patients who have used Chrysalis Finance to help fund their treatment, 95% said the treatment and having fast access to it changed their lives. 78% said they would recommend Chrysalis to a friend or family member.
