12 months of interest-free credit. I thought, why not take advantage of that?

I decided to go with the private option because the waiting list was incredibly long. I had previously met Miss Tipples – who had also performed on my mother. Even though that procedure had been uncomfortable for her, I decided to “bite the bullet” and go through with it. I was booked for anterior only, but Miss Tipples , whilst I was under the anaesthetic, managed to do posterior as well. The waiting list for the posterior repair was also quite long, so I opted to have it done while under anaesthetic.

While I could have gone home the same day, it was a major operation, so I decided to stay.

Since the treatment, I’ve been doing much better and can now do things I used to struggle with. I’m taking it easy and being careful not to undo anything. With the prolapse issue resolved, I no longer have to worry about it.

I would definitely use Chrysalis Finance again; it’s a no-brainer! If I had to have another procedure, I would choose this financing option again. Especially with the current state of the NHS, the 12 months of interest-free credit saved me £250 compared to paying upfront.
