What Invisalign costs, and how to work out the monthly payment
Invisalign is priced by how much work your teeth need, not by a flat fee, and the number of aligners in your plan is what most of the price follows from. Minor cosmetic corrections sit at the lower end of the range, full treatments at the top. Your practice quotes one exact figure after scanning your teeth and planning the movements.

Which Invisalign package are you being quoted for?
Invisalign is not one product. Practices plan cases against different packages, and which one you are quoted for depends on how far your teeth have to travel rather than on what you ask for. Small tooth-coloured bumps bonded to certain teeth give the aligners something to grip so they can rotate or upright a tooth rather than just tip it. Some plans also involve creating fractions of a millimetre of space between teeth. Neither is an upsell: they are how the movements are achieved.
